Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Rise Auto website and services. By booking an appointment or using this site, you agree to them.

Estimates and authorization

All work is quoted before it begins. We will not perform additional work without your authorization. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated and may be revised if inspection reveals additional necessary work — always with your approval first.

Warranty

Warranty coverage may apply to qualifying parts and labour supplied by Rise Auto. Warranty eligibility depends on the repair performed and the parts used, and applicable terms will be provided in writing with your invoice. Customer-supplied parts are not covered under our parts or labour warranty. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, or work performed elsewhere.

Vehicles and property

Vehicles left on premises are stored with reasonable care. Please remove valuables before service. Completed vehicles must be picked up within a reasonable time; storage fees may apply to vehicles left beyond 7 days after completion notice.
